Lake Powell

Kirt and I got to go to Lake Powell this September.  Kirt drove our boat all the way down from Spokane.  I flew down to Salt Lake and met him there.  It was very nice of him to not make me drive the whole way.  Our very generous friends the Peterson's let us spend the week with them on their house boat.  The Brusson's and the Jonas's joined us as well as Dave Frey and Darrel came too.  We had a very rainy day and boat trouble on Tuesday, but had beautiful weather the rest of the week.  We got lots of wake surfing in, and I can actually do it now!

Bike Ride on the Centennial Trail

We rode the Centennial Trail from Argonne to Harvard in Liberty Lake. My mom and dad picked us up and we went to dinner at Red Robin and then we went and picked up our car.

Letterman Jacket

Tanner found my dad's letterman jacket in the closet today.  It fits him pretty good and Tanner is just 12.  My dad must have been pretty skinny in high school.

First day of school 2012

 Tanner-7th grade, notice the bright yellow shoes!  They are size 14 and my friend says that she is sure they can be seen from space.

 Garret-Kindergarten.  His teacher is Mrs. Kennedy.  He is going all day!  I am a free woman.  

 Katie-3rd grade.  Her teacher is Mr. Phillips.
