Ike was born on April 29th 2014!  So excited to have another cousin.

Mountain Man Rendezvous 2014

Mountain Man is for teachers and priests to come display what they have learned in scouts throughout the year.  It was at Camp Grizzly April 25-26 2014.

Katie's math is cool competition

Katie and 15 of her fellow 4th graders competed in a math is cool competition on April 18th, 2014 at Mt. Spokane High School.  They took 9th place overall out of 38 schools.  Way to go Chester Chiefs!

Spring Break Trip to Seattle April 10-12

For Spring Break this year we went to Seattle.  We bought the City Pass so we got to go on a cruise of Elliott Bay and the Seattle Harbor, up the Space Needle 2 times, to the Seattle Zoo, the Pacific Science Center and the Aquarium.  We also went shopping at IKEA.  The boys loved this part.  Katie got new furniture for her bedroom.  (This was her birthday present and she has been waiting patiently for about 2 months to get it.)

 There was a butterfly exhibit at the Pacific Science Center

 There was also a Spy Exhibit that was at the Pacific Science Center.  Kirt really liked it, but the kids weren't as interested in it.  It was a lot of reading and not much hands on.  So while Kirt was finishing up at the Spy Exhibit, the kids and I went back up the Space Needle (the City Pass included 2 times passes to go up the Space Needle so we might as well use them.)
