Christensen Family: September 2014

We decided to put our trailer at a trailer park called Silver Beach Resort on Spirit Lake this year.

On May 3rd Kirt and the kids took the trailer out to Spirit Lake and got it all set up and spent the night. I had to work so I missed out on the fun.

Boys night at the Lake

Kirt, Garret, Ben and Tucker had a boys night at the lake on May 9th. Katie and I went to Utah for my cousin Kaylee's wedding and Tanner had a basketball tournament. They brought Taraka's dad's 4 wheeler and went off roading!

We went to the lake for Garret's birthday and we brought with us our brand new stand up paddle board. Garret thinks that it is a birthday present for him.

Kathleen comes to the lake

When we got home from Africa, Ryan and his family were in town. Katie convinced me to invite Kathleen to stay another week after her parents came and to then fly home. Katie and Kathleen had so much fun together.

There is an old wooden dock in the water that the kids love to play on. It is really squirrelly and they like to all try and stand on it at once without falling off..

At the Lake with Joel and Dave

Kirt's buddies Joel Peterson and Dave Frey can up to spend a week with him at the lake. Tanner spend the 1st half of the week with them and Garret spend the 2nd half.

I was on call on Friday August 8th so Kirt took the kids to the lake and they spent the night and I came out the next morning because I didn't get called in to work. We got a new tube so they spent most of the time on the tube.

Garret and Tanner invented a new sport-tube wrestling. They were having a full on wrestling match on the tube. Tanner would grab Garret's head and and hold it inches above the water. It was hilarious to watch.
