A couple of weeks ago I took Katie out to try and teach her to ride her bike without her training wheels. I thought it would take forever, but I ran behind her a few times and then she just took off by herself. She needed help starting for a few days, but she kept practicing and soon had that too. I guess sometimes her stubbornness and persistence are good qualities.
