Tom Kha Gai Soup

Kirt and I love the Tom Kha Gai soup at Thai Kitchen.  I have meant for years to try and find a recipe like it and try and make it.  I finally did it.  It wasn't as good as Thai Kitchen's but it still was pretty goo.
