Science Fair
Katie and Garret entered the science fair this year. For their project, they determined which type of fluid made orbeez grow the biggest. They won first prize for the team competition.

Katie's Dr. Seuss Character
Katie's school has Dr. Seuss week every year. During this week the students are encouraged to make a Dr. Seuss character using any medium they choose. Katie choose to make Horton out of clay.
Weekend Getaway to Canada
Kirt and I went up to Ainsworth Hot Springs in Canada over night. The trip had a double purpose, getaway plus we needed to go somewhere in Canada to pick up some gold coins that Kirt had bought.
