Garret's 8th birthday

Garret got a go-kart for his birthday.  It's tons of fun.  It drifts like crazy.  All the neighborhood kids line up to ride it.

Garret also got a birthday party since it was his 8th birthday.  He had a swimming party.

The YM and YW are practicing dancing for the Trek for their activity tonight.

Garret's soccer

Garret's 2nd grade soccer.  His coach was the Health and Fitness teacher at Chester, Mike Hubble.  He is a great coach.  Unfortunately he is not going to coach any more.  We are going to have to find a new team and coach for Garret.  Most of his teammates tried out for select soccer this spring and Garret isn't ready to do that.

Tanner's baseball freshman year

Tanner played on the freshman baseball team.  He played 1st base, pitched and occasionally played outfield.  He had a good season, but decided that this would be his last season playing baseball.

We went to Manito Park to celebrate Ike's 1st birthday.

Kirt went to Utah for his friend Joel Peterson's wedding.

 And his friend Shane Manwaring who is a Salt Lake City Sheriff.  He got to ride around with Shane on one of his shifts.  Shane is also a member of the national guard and gets to fly helicopters so they got to go sit in the helicopters. 

Kirt also got to see the new temple in Provo that they are making by restoring the Provo Tabernacle that was burned by fire.

 This was our chapel when we lived in Provo.  This is the 1st chapel build in Provo.
