Kirt went to Garret's 5th grade music concert while I went to Katie's honor society ceremony.  Divide and conquer. 

Katie's Honor Society Awards Night

Katie was a member of the Horizon middle school honor society for the 3rd year in a row.  Katie finished Horizon with a 4.0 GPA.  Way to go Katie!

Tanner was nominated into the U-High hall of fame.

Solo: A Star Wars Story

We can't miss the opportunity to see a Star Wars movie in the theaters.  Especially when you can watch movies in the new reclining chairs!

Katie is the Pace Student of the Year for Horizon

Katie was chosen as the PACE student of the year for her entire school.  We are so proud of her!

She got to choose a teacher to come with her and she chose her language arts and history teacher Mrs. Fey.

Male athlete of the year

Tanner was awarded the University High School male athlete of the year.  We skipped the awards ceremony and went to the lake for Garret's birthday instead.

As usual the pool was green again this year when we opened it up.  It doesn't stop Katie and Garret from jumping in it.

Garret's 11th birthday

Garret is 11 today! Can't believe how grown up he is getting! He got some sunglasses, a tennis racket,  tennis balls, and a box full of candy!

When we went to see Marsha for spring break, Garret loved using her sippy cups so she sent him a sippy cup for his birthday.

Slingshot

A lady in our ward, Kristin Percival, just got a new Slingshot and Katie and Olivia wanted to sit in it. Don't they look cool!

Beautiful Flowers

Rachelle and Maddie stopped by today and gave me these beautiful flowers.  Rachelle said that her and Maddie were at the store and Maddie said that she wanted to buy them for me.

Hike to Iller Creek

Katie, Jordan, Garret, and I went on a hike to the top of Iller Creek.

Quilt #3

Katie made me a quilt! It has elephants on it.  Someone in her class asked her if she was making a baby quilt and she said "no, it's for my mom."

YM/YW progressive dinner

The YM/YW had a fun activity tonight.  They had a progressive dinner.  They rode from the church to a house for appetizers, then to another house for dinner and then to our house for dessert.

Bloomsday shirts

I was out walking the day after Bloomsday and I saw this fence with all these Bloomsday shirts hanging on it.  There were shirts from Bloomsday from every year from 1992-2017. 

Tanner's senior prom

Tanner went to senior prom with Brooke Braley. He let me tag along to take pictures.  First we went to Brooke's house to pick her up.  Then we went to Gonzaga to take group pictures.  The dance was at The Lincoln Event Center.  Then he went and hung out at Justine Jordan's house (Boston's girlfriend) after the dance.
