Katie and her friend Abby Allen planned another dance for the school since the school is still not letting them have dances at the school because of Covid. It was at the Valley Real Life Church again. They sold about 500 tickets. The dance went well but the DJ was kind of lame and the kids didn't really dance.
Setting up for the dance
Katie went to the dance with Shane. She wasn't sure that she was going to be able to go because of basketball, but her team lost, so she was able to go. Since she wasn't sure she would be able to go, she didn't really plan anything. She ended up going last minute with Mary and Tanaeya. Mary wasn't sure if Katie and Tanaeya were going to go, so she had made arrangements to go with some of her soccer friends. Katie and Shane met at the Davenport to take pictures. Mary and Tanaeya were only 55 minutes late. They did pictures and then they were going to go to Red Robin and eat. There was a long wait at Red Robin, so they decided to split up from the soccer girls (who were not being the most friendly people). So Katie, Tanaeya, Mary, and their dates decided to go to Cafe Rio in the Valley. Katie and Shane got there and waited forever. Apparently Mary and Tanaeya couldn't remember where they parked and looked forever for their car. They went to the dance after Cafe Rio and only stayed for a short while. Katie and Shane ditched everyone else and went to Shari's for dessert and then back to our house to watch a movie.

Garret went with a group of friends. They met at Mirabeau Park for pictures. Then they went to Ashyln Carver's house and played ping pong and pool. Then they went to Dairy Queen for dinner and to the dance. They stayed for the whole dance and then went to Shari's for dessert afterwards.
