Italy Trip Day 6

Today we hiked from Monterossa to Vernazza and explored Vernazza.  Then we hiked from Vernazza to Corniglia and walked around Corniglia.  The trails were very steep and rocky, but the views were breathtaking.  Then we took the train back to Monterossa and explored Monterossa.  Then we relaxed on the beach.  It was only 55 degrees out, but it was sunny and not windy and it felt amazing.  It has been a long winter in Spokane, and we have missed the sunshine.  We saw some paragliders when we were on the beach.  They landed on the beach right in front of where we were sitting.

Starting our hike!

The trail was steep and had lots of steps up and down.

There were lots of little houses on the side of the mountain along the way.
