Katie's birthday part 1. Grammy and Pompa took Katie to lunch for her birthday at Red Robin in CDA since all the restaurants in Spokane are still closed. She wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse, but it is not open for lunch. They went on Tuesday February 9th because we are going to be gone for Katie's birthday.
Katie's 17th birthday part 2. Katie is going to have her birthday while we are in Costa Rica so she opened her presents on the 15th, the day before we left, because they were too big to take with us. She got some pens (from Elise Clark), jeans, roller blades and a skate board. She also got some platform converse, but they hadn't shown up yet.
When we got back from Costa Rica, Katie's friends had snuck into her room and decorated it for her birthday.
