Africa Day 13

Today we went out driving in Kruger National Park.  We didn't have a very lucky day and didn't see many animals.  The kids were very grouchy too.  We have been in the car too much.  We went out for a few hours and then went to our rest camp and let the kids swim and then went back out for a few hours.

 Bird we saw at the bird hide.  There were some avid bird watchers here.  You should have seen the huge camera lenses they had.  Everytime a new bird landed they each took at least 100 pictures

Impala-these things were everywhere!

 Mongoose-I really do not like to see these.  I know that these eat cobras.

 One of the few places people are allowed to get out of their cars that is not at one of the fenced rest camps.  Don't worry, there was a sign that said we were getting out of our cars at our own risk.

 Place we stayed at Pretoriaskop rest camp.  They were very simple Rondavels.  There were 2 beds and a sink in them.  We had to use the public shower and bathroom.
