Boat Fiasco

We got our boat out of storage the very beginning of May and were so excited that we were going to get so much boating in this summer because this is the earliest that we have ever gotten it out.  Nick Bickley came on May 11th to summarize it.  Unfortunately when he started it up he could tell that something was wrong with the engine.  We called the next day to get it in at Alpine Haas to get fixed.  They told us to bring it in on May 22nd, which we did.  We did not get it back until August 7th.  They took forever to fix it.  We are so sad about all the time we lost this summer to boat.  Plus one of the cylinders on the boat had blown so we had to replace the engine and it cost $5,000.  But at least we got it back for the family reunion.  We have to put 10 driving hours on the boat before we can tow anything behind it so Kirt to it to Coeur d' Alene lake and drove it around for 6 hours on Saturday.  He went up the St. Joe river all the way to St. Maries and he went up CDA river to Blue Lake.
