Kirt has an awesome gym at his work.  It even has a climbing wall.  The kids love to go there and play. 

Thanksgiving 2018

We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year. Grammy, Pompa, Jon's family, Cam's family and the Crandall's came.  Here are the things that everyone was thankful for this year.

Michelle got one of Kirt and Jon carving the turkeys.  Kirt deep fried a turkey again this year.

YW Clean the Bishop's Storehouse

For our YW activity we got to clean the Bishop's Storehouse.  Then we went to Dairy Queen for treats.

Garret's New Room

Garret really wanted a bigger bed so we took apart his loft bed and sold it on Facebook Marketplace.  Then we bought him a new mattress and bed set.  Garret helped me put his new bed set together.

YM/YW Service Scavenger Hunt

The youth had a service scavenger hunt this week for their joint activity. They practiced their missionary skills and went door to door asking for donations for the Spokane Valley Partners. They collected 10 boxes of food, 3 frozen turkeys, 7 boxes of clothes and blankets, and 2 boxes of toiletries. The people at the Spokane Valley Partners were amazed and very grateful. The kids were rewarded with great feelings inside and of course donuts!

EFY

Katie and her friends went to a one day EFY in Coeur d' Alene. The speaker was Chris Layton. Katie said there were 750 youth there.
