Katie has been complaining that her ear hurt since last Saturday, the 14th. You can buy Amoxicillin over the counter here, so I bought some and was giving it to her. Then Friday, Tanner started complaining that his ear hurt. So yesterday when we got back from the boat trip, neither of them wanted to do anything because their ears were hurting to badly. So after much deliberation, we decided to have Kirt take them to the Dr. in Jaco, the bigger town about 25 Km from here. Katie had a double ear infection and Tanner's ear was infected too. So they got a prescription for a stronger antibiotic and some pain meds. Hopefully it will help, because they are both being pretty whinny (and because I want them to feel better).
