Katie's Freshman JV Basketball Season

Katie made the JV for the high school team this year.  Her coach is Loree Hill.  The members of her team are Sam Bailey, Paige Jess, Krista Elliot, Ally Mills, Kiara Meland, Jo-weh Flumo, Lilly Hoekema, Lexi Schuon, and Laramee Spring.  The free throw-a-thon was Wednesday November 21st.  Katie made 84 of 100 free throws. 

The inner squad scrimmage was November 23rd. Katie got blocked her 1st shot, air balled her 2nd shot and got fouled on her 3rd shot and made 1 of 2 free throws.  She was a little nervous because she was playing with the varsity.  Only 4 JV players came so the varsity and JV played together. 

 They had the All Valley Tournament on November 24th at West Valley.  They played a 10 minute game against East Valley and a 10 minute game against West Valley.  It was a bit of a rough start.
