Africa Day 12

We drove from Mozambique today back to South Africa (thankfully with no incident) and to Kruger National Park.  Kruger is kind of like Yellowstone.  You can drive you own car around and look for animals.  You absolutely cannot get out of your car except in the rest camps that are surrounded by electrified fences though.  These are the animals that we saw on our first day.  We met up with Kirt's parents this evening.  (For those of you that don't know, when we were talking to Kirt's parents this year at Christmas time, they told us they had a trip planned to South Africa.  It turned out to be the same time we were planning to go. So we planned to meet up several times on this trip.)

Blue Wildebeast
 Hippos
 Crocodile
 Cape buffalo
 Vervet monkey
