Thursday we had brunch at this little farm. Grammy and Pompa drove to Jessy’s this morning and met us at brunch. It was so good to see them. We have missed them so much. We all made cards for Pompa for his birthday and sang to him. Afterwards we went to the church and played around. Garret and Will played basketball. Garret schooled Will. Jessy, Garret, Will, Grammy, and I played bump. It was hilarious to watch Grammy shoot a basketball. I don’t recall ever seeing her shoot before. After that we went bowling. Grammy won at bowling. Garret has a chance to beat her. He was down by 10 with one frame to go. He knocked down 8 pins on the first bowl. Then somehow Will accidentally threw a ball down the gutter and it counted for Garret’s second bowl so we will never know if Garret could have gotten that spare and beat Grammy. Garret was pretty upset but he handled himself very well. For Pompa's birthday we had lasagna and brownies and ice cream. Katie requested a month or so ago that Grammy make lasagna for us while we were there. We obviously know who Grammy’s favorite is. Then we hung out and played games.
